Skyler Innovations Ltd. to Deploy SCTN Loyalty to 2,200 Golf Courses

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 2006--Skyler Innovations Ltd. has signed a contract to deploy Loyalty Central to a potential 2,200 golf facilities in Canada by licensing the SCTN (Pink Sheets: SCTN) incentives system from Phoenix Technology Holdings Inc. The deployment will commence within 30 to 45 days and will provide cardholders the ability to earn Rewards and other Incentives in what will be the largest golf course coalition loyalty program in Canada.
